[MlMt] Modifying the list of recipients - possible?

Hi All,

(Day 17 of my trial, and I am still very happy)

When addressing an email, the composer preference may select 
auto-completion recipients based on mails you have previously sent, 
across all or a subset of mailboxes.

This means a possible recipient might have more than one email address 
shown.
How can you modify this list of returned values to weed out incorrect or 
old or unwanted addresses?
