[MlMt] keep read or unread status unchanged.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for this. This however seems to change the general behavior of 
MailMate. I was hoping to have a single mailbox to behave like this: A 
single mailbox that does not change the read/unread status of any 
message if I click on it… Is that possible — while all other 
mailboxes behave normally?
