[MlMt] how not to organize by thread?

I don't want it either, and I couldn't stop MailMate from doing it. I 
ended up creating a Keyboard Maestro macro to automatically deselect 
Organize by Thread in MailMate's View menu every time the MailMate 
viewer window activates.
