[MlMt] ProtonMail or other IMAP server?

Hi Thomas,

You'll just need to have gpg installed, as this is an issue with Mailmate trying to verify my gpg signature and being unable to do so without gpg installed. I used brew to install but I'm sure there are other native ways :)
