[MlMt] Copying customisations from one Mac to an other

Hi Leo,

I have done this successfully. Essentially you should make sure that 
mailmate is not running. Then copy the mailmate folder in application 
support and the preference file 
~/Library/Preferences/com.freron.MailMate.plist

That did it for me.
