[MlMt] message replies creating duplicated text

Hi, anyone else running one of the more recent test builds experiencing 
this text duplication issue when composing replies that I am, and which 
I've detailed here:

If so, has anyone found a workaround?  If not, I might need to revert to 
an older version of MM, as this is making an absolute mess of most of my 
email conversations.
