E-mails have historically used quoting and indentation to provide
context when replying to e-mails. So, it's clear in this e-mail that I'm
replying to something you said.
Then Microsoft made top-posting the default… so we all had to go back
to reading e-mail threads in reverse order. :-/ ;-)
