[MlMt] When I right-click on an image and select "download image", where is the file downloaded?

They're not showing up in my "downloads" folder, though this is where all
other downloaded mail attachments go.

Right-clicking on an image from inside an email and selecting "Download
image" seems to do nothing, I can't find these files downloaded anywhere.

FWIW—I've changed no default settings

Any help is appreciated 🙏
