[MlMt] Windows alterenative

I’m not a frequent Windows user these days, so I can’t offer any 
strong personal recommendation. Previously, I have been satisfied with 
Thunderbird on Windows. More options listed here:

Honestly, I find the request to be a bit self-contradictory. As a 
product, MailMate actually has a lot of bells and whistles. Do you want 
something like MailMate, or do you want something without bells and 
whistles? What features of MailMate are important for your work?
