[MlMt] Display a single new mail in a new window

Hi,

is it possible to open a single received message in a new window? I've 
just discovered the trick of cloning the main window using the GoTo 
Mailbox + shift button, but I'd like to be able to open individual 
e-mails in new windows and resize them if they've got embedded images in 
them, or if I'm working my way through several tasks in parallel.
