Composer:

	defaults write com.freron.MailMate MmComposerMargin -float 10.0

The message view can be customized using a stylesheet, but given that 
I'm still working on a new message view then how this works is likely 
going to change. (But you can read more about stylesheet customizations 
in the manual.)
