[MlMt] error 1002 when using Command menu for Omnifocus integration

Does this issue persist with the latest release of MailMate?

This type of issue can be very hard to debug since a lot of system 
permissions are involved (and multiple applications), but I don't 
currently have identical user reports (that might be a sign that it's a 
local issue of some sort).
