I'm not sure why this happens, but it might be related to a recent 
change (given you are on a test release).

Try this:

* Open the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0).
* Relaunch MailMate.
* Trigger the issue and click Retry once.
* Use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs”.

Then we'll see if I can spot any triggers.
