[MlMt] to-field stopped expanding

Robert, many of us on the mailing list run pre-release builds from
Benny. If you hold the option key down while hitting the "Check Now"
button and you'll be offered pre-release builds, the latest of which on
the 1.x branch is 5637.
As with Ed, the To: field auto-expands for me running 5637, and with the
invisible MmComposerMaximumNumberOfRecipientLines preference set to 10.
