[MlMt] Not Junk emails on a fresh install

Hello,

I uninstalled Mailmate and reinstalled it. Then I wanted to apply the 
advice in the [Disabling Image Blocking for Trusted 
Senders](https://blog.freron.com/2012/disabling-image-blocking-for-trusted-senders/) 
blog post.

However via the indicated rule on a "Smart Mailbox" ("Keywords/Tags" 
include "Not Junk"), I've got a whole set of emails that are marked as 
Not Junk already.

How can I start with an install that has no emails marked as "Not Junk"? 
Where is this information persisted? How can I delete it?
