[MlMt] auto-BCC the From address fails on one address of three

I'm pretty sure I found the bug based on your description. The trigger 
was to first change the From header and then tab past the Bcc header. 
This would put MailMate into a state where subsequent changes of the 
 From header would fail to update the Bcc header.
