Yes, go to the Tags preferences pane and create 3 new tags. The display 
names can be anything, but you must map them to the IMAP keywords:

	\Seen
	\Flagged
	\Deleted

The same can be done for any other behind-the-scenes IMAP keywords. See 
the “Raw Flags” column in the message list.
