[MlMt] Multiple criteria for submailbox

I want to create a submailbox for each unique value of `To > Address`. 
However, for all messages where my address is not in the `To` field, 
MailMate puts the messages in an _Other_ submailbox. Is it possible to 
add another criteria for creating a submailbox so that I can search for 
a different header when the `To` header doesn't contain my email?
