[MlMt] Server (and mailing list) offline

Hi MailMate users,

I'm spending the next (hopefully few) hours updating my server. This 
will affect the homepage, blog, manual pages, the mailing list, software 
update checks, bundle update checks, and possibly more :)

I'll be as careful as possible, but in case I run into major issues then 
it could take some time before you are able to get feedback here or by 
direct email. I can still be contacted on Twitter (@mailmateapp) or the 
Lighthouse ticket system (although I won't get notifications about new 
tickets).

The good news is that, afterwards, I should be able to fix the problem 
with bounces and automated unsubscribes affecting the list a few weeks 
ago.

(Sorry about the current number of unanswered emails on the list.)
