[MlMt] Adjusting quote indentation levels

Hi, there's a keyboard shortcut to do this: select a block of text, and 
press Cmd-' to increase the quote indentation and Cmd-Opt-' to decrease 
it.

This works in both Mailate and Apple Mail, so it's apparently some kind 
of system-wide thing.
