[MlMt] Expanding Sources

I use the Mailboxes list to show me where I am in my mailbox hierarchy. 
If you don't use it that way, and always use the keyboard to navigate to 
a folder, why not hide the mailbox view (View > Layout > Hide 
Mailboxes)?
