[MlMt] How do I re-download all messages?

MM was never able to get all my messages. Kept getting stuck on certain folders. I have, for now, switched to Apple Mail, until I can figure out what to do to get MM running okay again.
This all happened after Tuffmail.com upgraded my IMAP server. Here's what the owner said about this:
> During the upgrade some mailboxes did not have the bits set that denote that the mailbox uses the alternate namespace rather than the standard namespace.
