In the MailMate bundle included within the MailMate application bundle. 
It's currently not easy to replace, but if you work on your own syntax 
then I'll add a hidden preference for you to point MailMate to a 
different bundle command when doing searches (should be a simple 
change). Currently, it's hardcoded.
