[MlMt] Message->Open Attachments opens attachments in Mail.app

Even though I have my Default Email Client set to MailMate in General
Prefs, if I have a message open that includes other mail messages as
attachments, when I select Message->Open Attachments, the attached message
opens in Mail.app, not MailMate.
