[MlMt] What's the difference between the two Blacklist options?

Imagine you have sent messages to the same individual using two
different names:
Good Name <address at example.com>
Bad Name <address at example.com>
One of the menu items allows to just blacklist one of the above without
blacklisting the other. If you blacklist just the email address then
both of the above are blacklisted. I hope that makes sense.
That said, this feature has been buggy and I think it only works
correctly in the current test releases (hold down ⌥ when clicking
“Check Now”). That has likely not made it easier to understand the
feature :)
