[MlMt] Search syntax

It's built right into the App: select the search entry field, then click 
the magnifying glass/down arrow, and at the bottom of the pulldown menu, 
select "View Search Syntax".

You can also find it here: 
https://manual.mailmate-app.com/view.html#search, perhaps not the most 
obvious page for it. :-)
