[MlMt] MM stops syncing when update-prompt is shown

Yes, this is just how it (currently) works. I recommend disabling “Ask 
before downloading updates” in the Software Update preferences pane. 
This will still ask you to do the update, but it won't block MailMate 
waiting for a response.
