[MlMt] Hide Quota %

Hello,

All the best for 2018 !

Although I love the feature ( most of the time I found out too late that 
I was in trouble ), I find having the percentage continuously in my 
sources view quite busy. ( maybe I have to get used to it :-) )

Is there a way to toggle the view on/off?
Maybe this could be nice: to be able set a threshold_% ( ex 80% ) from 
when the percentage starts showing.
