[MlMt] Blacklisted, Junked still shows up!

Also, in some cases I found that -- perhaps because once I had opened a spam mail to check that it was really spam -- SpamSieve had some WHITELIST entries for spammers. So make sure you check both the blacklist and the whitelist.
