[MlMt] Is there an easy way to exclude all subfolders when they are many, approx 150 or more?

  Actually, I just checked again and what I actually have is:

```
Unread
   - Inbox
   - smart folder 1
   - smart folder 1
   - smart folder ..
   - smart folder 150+
``

then "Inbox" is at the moment "All in Unread" + a bunch of "does not 
exist in smart folder N" references.

If I had a way to say "do not include Unread/*" I could remove Inbox 
above or I would have to move it outside this hierarchy as
otherwise Inbox would itself be part of the "do not include unread/*" 
pattern ;)

In any case - just looking as initial poster of this thread for a way to 
avoid having to go and add each smart folder to the Inbox one ;)
