[MlMt] Not marked as Read when answering an e-mail

You can enable it like this:

	defaults write com.freron.MailMate MmAlwaysMarkRepliedEmailsAsRead 
-bool YES

(It's only a GUI option in the so-called 2.0BETA of MailMate.)
