Custom keybindings is for sure one of the best features of MailMate.

The following five I use the most.

"i" = ( "goToMailbox:", "INBOX", "makeFirstResponder:", "mainOutline" );
"a" = "archive:";
"d" = "deleteMessage:";
"r" = "replyAll:";
"s" = ( "goToMailbox:", "ALL_MESSAGES", "mailboxSearch:" );
