[MlMt] Custom Search / Always selects FROM as search field, how can I change that?

Use “Common Headers or Body”.

You are looking for “Edit ▸ Find ▸ Use as Default Search” (use 
it after setting up your desired set of search conditions -- you can 
have multiple conditions since MailMate ignores those with empty text 
fields).
