I assume the problem is that these addresses are not a known set. You 
need a condition which says something like: “From ▸ Address is 
identical to To ▸ Address”. (Using that you could then use a rule to 
tag the messages and then base a smart mailbox on that tag.)

But I'm afraid that is not possible with the current query system. I'm 
not sure how hard it would be to add (it's not a quick change) and I'm 
also not sure if there are other use cases than the one you describe 
here.

It is possible to do this using a bundle command, but as I've stated 
before then this is very badly documented. (There's a great effort by 
someone else to write down some of the 
[details](http://1klb.com/posts/2016/02/26/mailmate-bundles/).)

If I find the time I'll make an example bundle for you.
