I don't see any ways to do that currently. I guess maybe some kind of 
“ignore subparts” filter preference could be added, but I'm unsure 
how exactly that should work. In particular, at what stage it should 
work (everywhere or only when displaying emails)...

And then some day you get a real attachment with such a filename and 
it's mysteriously hidden :)
