[MlMt] Mailmate Crashing

Hi,

I can just open the newly pushed mailmate Version 2.0BETA (6087), open a 
message, and page down (with space bar) and crash mailmate.

Running from command line with:

```
/Applications/MailMate.app/Contents/MacOS/MailMate
```

gives this on the crash:

```
Segmentation fault: 11
```
