[MlMt] bad link rendering of markdown links ?

Hi,

when mailmate shows the markdown link syntax for links, i.e. [link to 
mailmate](https://freron.com/) aka `[link to 
mailmate](https://freron.com/)` it includes the last ')' into the url 
causing browsers to complain.

It shouldn't.
