[MlMt] Tagged messages not in "Tagged" mailbox

No. You can try sending me the related plist-files and I'll look for any 
possible issues:

	~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Tags.plist
	~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Mailboxes.plist

Send them off list (using “Help ▸ Send Feedback).
