[MlMt] New: Developer documentation for MailMate bundles

Hi,

here's the [first 
shot](https://github.com/mailmate/mailmate_manual/wiki/Bundles) at 
documenting how to create bundles for MailMate.

It's work-in-progress, but it's much better than the previous complete 
lack of documentation. (Note that a few things documented might require 
you to update to the latest test release of MailMate due to recent 
fixes/changes.)
