The IMAP quote is garbage from a Microsoft IT person. The 2FA is Okta
based. Which is a single signon service which can enable 2FA of IT wants.
But he's right that IMAP doesn't have a standard way of supporting those
services. Then again, I'm not sure how many companies (Microsoft, Apple,
Google, Okta) are using standards.
