[MlMt] MailMate and DavMail

Thanks. Unfortunately it looks like DavMail won't support Okta two-factor
authentication, although I'm trying to get clarification.

I've been told that IMAP is a dying protocol being phased out for lack of
security updates.

Needless to say, those of us who don't use Outlook are fighting this tooth
and nail. But security has committed to an "everything uses 2FA" and
"Microsoft cloud" policy.

And don't even get me started on Zoom vs. Microsoft Skype for Business.
