There's no built-in functionality for this. I'm assuming you mean 
something like

Thunderbird plugin.

I believe it would be possible to send the raw message or some of its 
headers to an external command which could tag the message if it 
passed/failed DKIM verification, but I'm not aware of anyone having done 
this.
