[MlMt] SpamSieve and Inbox vs All Messages

Good morning,

I’ve had SpamSieve set to apply to new messages in “All Messages”, 
but that also catches outgoing messages. If I change that setting to 
“Inbox”, will messages get passed through SpamSieve before being 
filtered into another mailbox?
