[MlMt] cannot edit subscriptions for gmail

Make sure the account is online (under SOURCES in the mailbox list). If 
it is online then take it offline/online to trigger MailMate to get a 
new access token. This doesn't work when using “Edit Subscriptions” 
only (which is a bug).
