[MlMt] Missing GMail Mail?

It turned out that the issue was related to an old experimental setting 
in MailMate named `MmIMAPWindowInDays`. I'm not quite sure yet if I'm 
going to look into fixing it. It's probably more likely that I'll 
disable it and remove it from the documentation.
