[MlMt] Command -> MacVim -> Edit broken in r5195

I updated to r5195 today from r5190.  Since this update, I can't edit 
with MacVim anymore.  Instead of my email, I get a 'netrw Directory 
Listing' of /.

Probably the Edit command is giving / as argv[1] to MacVim instead of 
the actual path to the email.

I hope this isn't hard to fix. :)
