[MlMt] Disable saving sent mail altogether?

No. Why do you prefer to use Bcc?

A rule could be added to “Sent Messages” which simply delete 
anything moved into it, but this would just mean the duplicates end up 
in “Deleted Messages”. Maybe that's slightly better. (Eventually 
I'll probably add some kind of persistent delete action to rules.)
