[MlMt] Train SpamSieve _AFTER_ moving a bunch of email to Junk folder?

It's not ideal, but it's expected behavior. Currently MailMate does not 
look for SpamSieve before it's needed.

* Select the emails.
* Disable “Message ▸ Junk State ▸ Junk”.
* Enable “Message ▸ Junk State ▸ Junk”.

This should trigger MailMate to tell SpamSieve about the emails.
