[MlMt] Limiting Mailbox Scope to Current Account

No please. It is one of the strengths of MailMate (as many have said) to be able to move messages between mailboxes without any restrictions. There are more clients that can do it, including Mail.App btw, but the behaviour in MailMate is perfect!
Explain more what issues you see with it, and maybe there is where the issue is.
