[MlMt] Malformed INBOXES

I did have only one extra INBOX last night but this morning it has 2 
extra again, and the innermost can be deleted. I guess I should get the 
.plist with 2 and again with 1 extra INBOX. By off list I assume you 
mean to mm-info at freron.com.
